By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website (www.theartbaazistore.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information and email communications.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We offer handmade products, digital downloads, creative kits, and live workshops.

  • Every effort is made to display the products and colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen differences or handmade nature.

  • Product availability is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional offers without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Digital products will be sent via email or download link shortly after payment.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address details or issues beyond our control such as weather, courier issues, or holidays.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped or processed.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, as most items are handcrafted or digital.

  • Refunds are only provided if:

    • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (with unboxing video proof shared within 48 hours of delivery).

    • A replacement item is unavailable.

  • Digital products and workshop registrations are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Workshops & Scheduling

  • Workshops are conducted live via Google Meet by Artist Swasti Maheshwari.

  • Dates and times are scheduled after registration based on mutual availability.

  • In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, rescheduling or refunds are not offered.

  • All workshop content is for personal use only. Distribution, copying, or resale of workshop material is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content including artwork, videos, worksheets, product descriptions, brand elements, and images are the sole property of The Art Baazi Store.

  • No content from this website may be reused, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

  • Purchasing a product or attending a workshop does not grant permission to copy or teach the content elsewhere.

8. User Conduct

While using the site, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, hack, disrupt or harm the site or its operations.

  • Not to upload or share false, misleading, or harmful content.

  • To use the services only for lawful purposes.
