1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS or WhatsApp.

2. How will I receive digital products like worksheets or ebooks?
Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately after purchase. Please check your Inbox or Spam folder. If not received within 1 hour, feel free to reach out to us.

3. How do online workshops work?
Once you register, we will contact you via WhatsApp/Call within 24–48 hours to schedule the class timing. Workshops are conducted live via Google Meet. No prior experience is required!

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Contact us immediately at theartbaazistore@gmail.com for cancellations.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges as most products are handcrafted or custom. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we offer replacements or refunds. Kindly share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer pan-India shipping. Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499. Standard shipping charges of 90/- are applied below that amount.
