Delays
Delays might occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, logistics issues, festivals, etc.). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Digital Products & Online Workshops

Digital worksheets and downloads are delivered via email or direct download link within 15–30 minutes of purchase.

Please check your Inbox/Spam folder for the email from us.

If you don’t receive it within 1 hour, feel free to contact us.

No physical delivery is involved for digital products.

For workshop registrations, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email to schedule your sessions within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Art Baazi Store, every product is created with love and care. Since many of our items are handcrafted, made-to-order, or digital in nature, we request you to review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been processed or shipped yet.

Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product, and a replacement is not available.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: To claim a refund for damaged or missing items, you must share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Online workshops (once scheduled or partially attended)

Workshop Rescheduling

Dates for workshops are mutually discussed post-registration.

In case you're unable to attend the scheduled session, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.

No rescheduling or refund will be possible for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
